Boards are fully two inches thick. There is 12 1/2" clearance under the table's center for an umbrella stand.

The benches can either be built into the table or as four separate and free-standing rounded benches (see photos below). Or choose Arc Benches if you prefer.

The legs on the Five-and-a-Half-Foot Round Table are made using extra-heavy duty three-by-six-inch thick timbers.
