Seating Capacity: The 4-Foot Round Picnic Table with benches is designed for eight people to sit at snugly. It is a tight fit if you are planning to dine eight, but for drinking or appetizers it works well for up to eight adults. For dining, the 4.5-Foot Round Picnic Table will sit eight. The 5-Foot Round Picnic Table sits eight large men comfortably for dining. It can sit up to twelve snugly. The 5.5-Foot Round Picnic Table is ideal for dining for twelve adults.

Attached benches are built into the table, while separate benches are four free-standing benches. For separate benches, you also have the choice of Round Picnic Benches, which have the same benchtop shape of the attached benches, or Arc Picnic Benches (see photos at right).  We also offer an optional leg design with wheels at no extra charge. See photo at left. This is only available on Round Picnic Table Sets with Separate Benches.
Our Seamless Tabletop option is ideal for use in an covered patio or indoors. It can be taken outdoors for a meal or party but isn't designed for outdoor living. The seamless construction creates a beautiful unbroken tabletop surface that is just as strong as our standard tabletop. But outdoor tabletop boards need "breathing" room to expand and contract to the constant changes in moisture and temperature. The standard tabletop boards are separated by 1/16-inch to allow for this movement.
L-R: Parquet, Old Country Tabletops
You can order any Picnic or Patio table with a Parquet Tabletop. If you select the Parquet design, any benches for the set will be matching parquet bench tops by default. If you prefer benches in a different design, just mention it in the comment section at checkout. The parquet pieces will be naturally varied in color as shown at right. When left outdoors the color will slowly even out. The Parquet Tabletop choice is available during the checkout process at no additional charge.
You can also choose our Old Country Tabletop option. The Old Country design is an old European design that can be used either outdoors or indoors. For indoors, you can choose a seamless tabletop design with no spacing between the boards. For year round outdoor applications, please choose our standard tabletop design (1/16" spacing between the boards) to let the boards move with the changing temperature and moisture.
Want to enjoy an umbrella with your table? We do not sell umbrellas, but we will drill a two-inch umbrella hole for you at no charge. Simply select this option at check-out. A plug is included with the umbrella hole option– see images at right.

For All Round Picnic Tables: Boards are fully two inches thick. The 4-Foot Table has legs made with full-dimension two-by-six-inch timbers, while the larger tables have legs of extra-heavy-duty three-by-six-inch thick timbers. Tables with attached benches use timbers under the table to hold the benches. If you plan to use an umbrella stand, keep in mind these timbers limit umbrella stand height to 12.5" or less.

4.5-Foot Round Picnic Table Dimensions: 52" Diam Tabletop X 31" High; 76" Diam with attached benches. Benches are 42 " long.
5-Foot Round Picnic Table Dimensions: 57" Diam Tabletop X 31" High; 82" Diam with attached benches. Benches are 48 " long.
5.5-Foot Round Picnic Table Dimensions: 63" Diam Tabletop X 31" High; 87 " Diam with attached benches. Benches are 54" long.

- Unfinished
If you prefer your finish to fade to a "weathered look" quickly, or want to apply a custom stain.
- Off-White Oil-Based Primer
If you're going to paint in a light color. (We apply two coats.)
- Gray Oil-Based Primer
If you're going to paint in a darker color. (We apply two coats.)
- Wax Finish
If you plan to use your furniture indoors and would like to keep it looking great without sealant or paint.
